Meet owner Jennifer Vargas
Jennifer Vargas is the owner of Flat Rate Maids and the voice behind the company’s long-running Tucson cleaning guidance. She and her team have worked across residential cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in and move-out work, apartments, and vacation-rental turnovers. Flat Rate Maids reports more than 15 years of experience in the home-cleaning industry.

Our cleaning approach
Flat Rate Maids describes a process that includes inspection, preparation, wiping and dusting, mirror and glass care, floor cleaning, scrubbing, and a final review. The exact sequence changes with the property and service. Vacation rentals, occupied homes, deep cleans, and empty move-outs each require a different workflow.
Products, equipment, and special requests
Detergents, professional equipment, and routine cleaning supplies are included in the hourly rate at no extra charge. Customers should still identify allergies, sensitivities, children, pets, natural stone, wood, specialty coatings, and manufacturer-required products before the visit. No product is appropriate for every material or household.
