Information that improves your estimate
The most useful request includes the complete service address or ZIP code, square footage, bedrooms, bathrooms, occupancy, pets, floor types, service type, current condition, preferred timing, and requested add-ons. For deep cleans or move-outs, current photos can make the scope easier to understand.
Before sending access details
Do not place alarm codes, lockbox combinations, hidden-key locations, payment numbers, medical information, or identity documents in an ordinary appointment request. Confirm sensitive access information directly after the appointment is accepted.
